LEGAL NOTICE – PUBLIC HEARING (10-21-2021) ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, OCTOBER 21, 2021; beginning at 7:00pm at Village Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room, on the following matter: for an Area Variance – Application: submitted by Applicant, 6384 Mill Street LLC, to request an increase in the allowable signage for a commercial location, specifically their front facade. The proposed variance and increase from the permitted total of 30 sq. ft. to a total of 53 sq. ft. or not to exceed a threshold of 65 sq. ft. for the front façade of the building located at 6384 Mill Street.
