Request: Site Plan – Proposed amendment or amendments to the final site plan approval. The location is in the Village Center Special Sensitivity Overlay District and Historic District Overlay.
DISCUSSION:
Jeff Derman, 41 Livingston Street – discussion for the proposed installation project of (2) EV charging stations. (1 of 2) proposed charging stations will be in the front plane of the house, closest to the driveway. (2 of 2) proposed charging stations will be in the existing garage. This parcel is in the Historic District Overlay.
Previous meeting minutes: January 3, 2023, January 17, 2023, February 7, 2023, February 21, 2023, March 7, 2023, April 4, 2023, and April 18, 2023.
Summer Meeting Schedule: June 6, 2023, June 20, 2023. July 4, 2023, July 18, 2023, August 1, 2023, August 15, 2023, September 5, 2023, and September 19, 2023.
Update on record search: 1 East Market Street, roof mounted cellular installation.
