Request: Positive/Negative Recommendation to ZBA – New HVAC/Mini Split system located within side yard setback. The current setback requirement is 10 ft. the mechanical system is 6.9 ft. from the side yard property line, the relief sought is 3.1 ft. Located in the Residential District.

DISCUSSION:

  • Archtop Fiber and Airosmith (agent) – E Market St. Tax ID# 6170-16-819285-0000 – Presentation to the board concerning a design concept to construct an equipment station to house the fiber optic cable. The proposed concept will include a 187 sq. ft. building that will be 8 ft. tall and will house fiber optic equipment. Also, there will be a stand-by diesel generator, and the site will be kept secured by a security fence enclosing the compound.

·        Building Dept. referral - 27 Beech St. – Proposed HVAC mini split system, side yard.

·        Building Dept. referral - 60 N Parsonage St. – Proposed HVAC mini split system, side yard.

·        Anything else needed to be discussed….
