DETERMINATION OF A QUORUM/ANNOUNCEMENTS NEW BUSINESS

ArchTop Fiber and Airosmith (agent) E Market St. (Tax ID# 6170-16-819285-0000) Rhinebeck, NY 12572 Request – Site Plan - Presentation to the board concerning a proposed equipment shed/station or “fiber optic hub,” to house fiber optic cable and additional equipment. The proposed concept will include a 187 sq. ft. building that will be 8 ft. tall. Also proposed will be a stand-by diesel generator, and the site will be kept secured by a security fence enclosing the compound, chain link and barbed wire. Located in the Residential District.

John Jack’s Menswear and Timely Signs of Kingston, Paul Beichert 38 E Market St Rhinebeck, NY 12572 Request: Sign Application – Proposed signage for new men’s clothing store. New signage will include a hanging sign and for the display window. The permitted total for signage is 6 sq. ft. , proposed total; 5.98 sq. ft. Located in Village Center Business District and Historic District Overlay.

Eric Banks and RYCOR Heating and Cooling 60 N Parsonage St. Rhinebeck, NY 12572 Request: Site Plan – Installation of new HVAC/mini-split system, southside of house. Located in Historic District Overlay and Residential District.
