PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Rhinebeck will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 120, Section 46, of the Village Law,

Said hearing will be held on Tuesday, (6-6-2023), at Village Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.

Details: Proposed demolition of existing 1.5 story single family dwelling to be replaced with new construction of a single-family dwelling with additional site improvements such as new driveway, roof mounted solar (westside), and new landscaping features. Located in the Residential District and this parcel is recognized by the National and State’s Registry of Historic Places. (Subject to Chapter 64, Historic Building Protections Law of the Village Code).
