NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, AUGUST 19, 2021; beginning at 7:00pm at Village Hall, 2nd Floor meeting room, on the following matter: for an Area Variance – Application: (1) Side Yard - Area Variance submitted by Applicant, Scott G. Cruikshank 21 N. Parsonage Street, Rhinebeck, NY 12572 for a proposed 20’ x 30’ - 2 story, 1 car garage/carriage barn that will be 5 ft. from the side yard (southern) property line, and therefore encroaching on the required 10 ft. side yard setback, Relief sought 5 ft.

Request: (1) Area Variance – Proposed removal of an existing shed to be replaced with a 1 car, 2 story, garage/carriage barn style. The proposed new structure will be 5 feet from the southern side yard property line in the back yard, and therefore encroaches on the required setback of 10 feet. Relief sought is 5 feet. Location is a listed Historic home and property, and in the Residential District.
